Archipelago house Dalarö
This wonderful archipelago retreat is located just by the waterside in the idyllic summer town of Dalarö, only a couple of minutes walking distance from its vibrant centre. Here you find cafés, bakery, grocery store and nice restaurants. The main house finds itself in the middle of a lush garden, majestically overlooking the sea inlet, with one guest house on each side. From here there is just a few steps down to the private jetty where you can enjoy the sunset. The closeness to Stockholm, around 40 min by car, as well as the proximity to many other picturesque summer towns in the area, offers numerous opportunities for daily excursions, sport and outdoor activities and other summer adventures.
Inside
Enter through the staircase by the front of the house and into the glassed-in veranda where you can have casual dinners or breakfasts. Walk through the glass doors into the main dining room that seats up to 12 people. Straight ahead is the functional, original kitchen holding all the essentials, and to the right is the living room. Traditional archipelago furniture, a fireplace and windows facing all directions meet you in this lovely room. Take the stairs up and go left to the first bedroom holding two single beds. Straight ahead is the bathroom with a shower and washing machine. Go right into the master bedroom holding a king size bed and a door out to a large balcony. Here you will have an amazing view overlooking the sea, where you will also see the two guest houses by the water. One of the houses holds two bedrooms with two single beds in one room and a king size bed in the other. The other guest house has two guest rooms with two single beds in each, a toilet and a sauna.
Outside
A garden with a rich fauna of flowers and trees surrounds the house. Walking through it you reach the cross shaped jetty only 20 meters away from the house. Here you can have your breakfast, spend the day relaxing and go swimming. There are a few cozy cafés and a bakery to go to in the village for bread in the morning or late lunches. A couple of restaurants are also located just a few minutes a way. On the opposite side of the island, Smådalarö Golf Club invites you to come and play golf, tennis or padel. There is also a luxury spa close by to visit for a relaxing experience. The possibilities in and around the beautiful area are many!
