This newly built design villa has a stunning view overlooking the sea, embedded in the nature surrounding it. Through the beauty of Scandinavian design, attention to details and a timeless atmosphere, this place has everything you wish for a relaxing holiday. Explore the surroundings, bring the fishing rod with you down to the private jetty or spend some time at the pool. End the day with a dinner at the lovely outdoor dining area with its open fireplace and barbecue.
If you want to explore the beauty of Värmdö, bicycles are available. A day trip to Siggesta gård is highly recommended with its nice restaurant and surroundings. The ferry station, just half a km from the house, is giving you access to the wonderful archipelago. If you are in for sports, there are several possibilities to play both tennis and golf in the area.
Inside
The house has an airy feeling with its open living area plan and floor to ceiling windows leading out to the terrace. The stylish kitchen with its spacious dining area is set up for nice lunches and dinners. Adjacent is the sitting area, a lounging space to relax and enjoy the magnificent view through the large windows or just stay by the open fire place on colder days. This floor also holds a bathroom with a shower.
A specially designed staircase leads you to the upper floor. A living area connects the master bedroom and three other bedrooms, each with a single bed, as well as a study room. This floor also holds a bathroom.
Outside
The impressive terrace holds a pool with outdoor furniture, as well as a lovely dining area with easy access to the kitchen inside the house. The indoor and outdoor spaces float together in unity, where the terrace is a great place to enjoy the Swedish summer nights. There is furthermore a guesthouse with two beds, nearby the main building.
